Refund Policy – Muse

We offer 2 days returns for all customers, unless stated otherwise (sale and final sale items are non-refundable). Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that return fees are at the charge of the customer. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.

To qualify for a return:
Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (bag, box, pouch, and packaging cards included).

All below items are non-returnable:
All jewelry pieces (unless defective)
Custom or personalized products
Gift cards

Please note your return will be processed within 7–14 business days from the time we receive it. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation via email.

Please note that Muse cannot issue a refund to a method of payment that is different from the one used to place the order. Upon receiving your returned item, it will take up to about 7–14 business days for the returns team to process and send you a return confirmation email.

From the day the return is processed, depending on your bank, it may take around 5–15 business days for the funds to reappear on your end
