DELIVERY
We offer complimentary express shipping on all orders via our courier partner DHL.

All orders are dispatched from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout, as we are unable to make any changes once your order has been shipped.

If there are any unexpected delays with your order, we will notify you via email or phone.

Delivery Time:
✦ KSA: 2–4 days
✦ GCC: 3–5 days
✦ International: 4–7 days

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We ship worldwide from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

For international orders, all duties and taxes are covered by us, so no additional charges will be required upon delivery.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. A second email will be sent once your order has been dispatched, including your DHL tracking details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active. For any delivery changes, please contact DHL directly or track your shipment through their website.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or payment processing.

RETURNS
You may return your item(s) within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact us.

✦ International: 150 SAR

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging.
